Turkish Style Marinade with Yogurt
Ingredients
120 ml plain yogurt
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1 clove minced garlic
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
Method
- Combine the ingredients in a bag or bowl
- Add the meat of your choice, For example lamb or chicken
- Cover and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least four hours
- BBQ or grill as you prefer
